Eligibility Criteria for Gauhati High Court Recruitment 2024
- Age Limit: Candidates must be under 40 years old as of April 25, 2024.
- Age Relaxation:
- OBC/ MOBC: 3 years
- SC: 5 years
- STP/ STH: 5 years
- Qualification: Applicants need to hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law or a Doctorate in Law from a recognized university in India. The educational qualification must be attained by the last date of the application.
- Preference: Preference will be given to candidates practicing at the Bar, or those with professional experience or literary works in Law.
- Employment Exchange Certificate: Candidates must possess a valid Employment Exchange Registration Number for the State of Assam.
